HOW CAN I EARN POINTS?
Points are awarded on my Kick channel at kick.com. You'll automatically accumulate points whenever you watch the stream.
HOW DO I REDEEM AN ITEM FROM THE STORE?
Go to the store, click the item you want to view its details, and if you have enough points, click the 'Redeem' button in the popup. The required points will then be deducted from your account.
WHEN DOES THE STORE GET RESTOCKED?
We restock the store every week on Monday.
CAN I STILL CLAIM A CRYPTO PRIZE IF I DON'T HAVE A STAKE ACCOUNT OR IF STAKE IS UNAVAILABLE IN MY COUNTRY?
